T-Mobile Connected Complex

Enterprise connectivity is invisible and hard to explain — especially to executives who need impact, not network diagrams. Sitara built Connected Complex: a projection-mapped architectural model at T-Mobile's Bellevue Executive Briefing Center that makes an invisible system visible, in a venue that runs briefings daily.

Enterprise connectivity is powerful and almost perfectly invisible — which makes it genuinely difficult to explain, especially to executive audiences who need to understand impact quickly, not parse network diagrams. Making invisible systems legible in physical space is what Sitara does everywhere, from ports to natural history museums; here, T-Mobile for Business brought it to us in commercial form.

Connected Complex is a large-scale projection-mapped installation at T-Mobile's Bellevue Executive Briefing Center, which opened in 2025. At its center is a physical architectural model of a multi-building enterprise site. Using 3D projection mapping and supporting screens, the model animates to show how people, devices, and data stay connected across locations, teams, and operational scenarios — the network rendered as a place, because for its users, that's what it is.

The system was designed for the briefing center's actual operating reality: it supports live, presenter-led executive briefings and open exploration between them, with narrative moments that move from high-level concepts to practical use cases. A briefing center is a working room with a daily schedule — the installation has to perform on demand, every time, for years. We engineered it that way.
