"Discovering the Real George Washington," the Education Center galleries within the Donald W. Reynolds Museum and Education Center at George Washington's Mount Vernon in Virginia, opened in 2006 (building by GWWO, Inc./Architects), with exhibit design by Christopher Chadbourne & Associates; the 17,000 sq ft galleries won a 2008 Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement.
