Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in San Pedro, California, reopened its main exhibit hall in spring 2026 after an $8 million, 18-month renovation marking the aquarium's 90th anniversary, adding a wayfinding entrance exhibit, Jelly Lab, and Collections Room; exhibit design was led by The Exhibits Dept. with interpretive planning by The Acorn Group and Split Rock Studios as design partner.
